We were offered a pub in the New Forest, but after a week realised we had made a huge mistake, so returned to Oxford where Chris helped Noel run the Jude for a while.
Sandra got a job with the CFE for a while but then went to work at Jesus, where she still is.
Chris went to work at St Antonys, then Keble.
In the meantime we bought a house in Cowley, where we had several memorable parties to celebrate Sandra's birthdays and New Years Eve. Unfortunately the photos of some of these are unpublishable on a public format - suffice to say that Matthew was involved.
In June 1991 Chris was offered the job of Bar Manager at Jesus, thus provoking comments that the Evans family were taking over the college. We were also offered a college flat right in the centre of town - how could he refuse - and that is where you will find us today.
If anybody we have known does chance upon this web site please get in touch. The old Lamb & Flag crowd have migrated to the Eagle, but that may yet again change, and we are still in contact with many old friends who keep in touch even though they are blown to the far corners of the globe (well North London at least) - hence the reason for this site - the e-mail list was getting too long!
